Press release to state that there is no rule of Law in Canada:
November 11, 2008
For Immediate Release:
The Rule of Law No Longer Exists In Canada
Promoted as a cornerstone of our society, ”the rule of law” has been utilized to govern citizens of Canada for many years. Through the actions of various government ministers, officials and employees, at both the Federal and Provincial levels, it can be proven that “the rule of law” no longer exists. Equality as put forth in our Charter and Bill of Rights, is a truth of the past.
The authority given to our government officials to legislate and carry out their mandate of peace, order and good government is essential and based largely on “the rule of law”.
When the Federal government can promote hate speech with impunity, while private citizens are often prosecuted, there becomes a double standard. Some persons seem more equal than others.
As stated earlier, these actions are not exclusive to the Federal level, Provincial governments are also culpable. The Vancouver Police Department and the Attorney general Of British Columbia also seem to believe there is “no rule of law”. These agencies have used this premise to their benefit, sidestepping criminal procedure to create their desired outcomes.
Documented proof is available and can be provided on request.
As “the rule of law” no longer exists in Canada, I actively sell cannabis (marijuana) in public and have been doing so for sometime. Officials have been notified and to date, no criminal charges have been forthcoming.
I invite you to visit myself at (WA 105 801 E 6th Ave Vancouver V5T 1L8 Please call first) between the hours (6 pm and 9 pm daily) to purchase some cannabis or to further investigate and retain proof that my claim of “no rule of law” exists at this time.
