An extremely out of context 1950's commercial for Listerine Toothpaste. This commercial aired during the mid-50's.
As the Prelinger section has showed, people prefer commercials when they have little if any context to place them in.

Slight correction
To say it's a "snipped from ozzie and harriet" is misleading as that suggests this was presented as part of the show itself as "product placement". It wasn't. It aired before the opening credits.

It's actually a snippet from Ozzie and Harriet
The two actors are Rick and David Nelson appearing in the Ozzie and Harriet show. Listerine was a sponsor of the show and that's what little Ricky is referring to when he speaks of "Bread and Butter."
