Subject: Impressive
I’d never heard of this guy before - I often surf the LMA to find new artists. I’m rarely this fortunate in my search. This guy’s really good. I love the jamming banjo in the upbeat rock jam-band setting. A perfect spring jam for the confines of the office.

I love Waterslide. And what a great version of Dylan’s “One Too Many Mornings.” I always loved that song, and this is a tremendous take on the song - stands among the best Dylan covers I’ve ever heard IMO (and there are enough of them out there - I’m guilty of a few myself). Just a great version.

Nice “Running Down a Dream” and “Stagger Lee.” “Hartford” is a neat jam, too.

My one criticism is that as the show goes on, it starts sounding very limited and similar. I’m impressed with this guy, and if he can diversify his sound a little as he goes fwd., I’ll be a fan. And DANG good Dylan cover.

PEACE

... yup, the life of a turtle ;-)

Anyway this is a nice show from Tony up in VT. It sounds pretty good too. I am brainfarting on the last couple of tunes so if anyone can help, it is most appreciated.

Enjoy or not, choice is always yours ...

Notes

* unplugged with audience participation, low levels

Ross Martin on guitar the whole show.
