Years back while living in far north western Australia I went for a drive to one of the missions north of Broome. On the way back I stopped at a river, inspired by these turtles jumping out of the water I went for a swim, about half way across the river I looked upstream and saw what looked to be a turtle, as i got closer I realized it was a crocodile, the water salt not fresh. This event shaped much of the music on this album. www.jamyoung.com
