Not exactly 'Testament'
Fresh produce, as we know from that 1983 anti-nuke classic, will be too contaminated to eat. This 1963 relic is full of other fallacies and shouldn't be taken seriously. Larry Gates, who later got slapped upside the head by Sid Poitier in In The Heat of the Night, plays the goody-two-shoes cheapskate Mr. Groves. As this flick is from the JFK era, note the amount of non-white extras; might explain why I never saw this as a kid growing up in the south.
