Truth or Consequences is a video of a court room dramatic production.

George W. Bush and Richard Cheney are on trial for lying to Congress and the American people about their justification for starting a war with Iraq.

The prosecution shows that the Administration intended to invade Iraq from the time they came into office, and that their arguments about weapons of mass destruction and connections to Al Quada and the September 11 attacks were knowingly false.

The defense lawyers argue that executive power must be unfettered during the unending "war on terror".
