Dying Well
Ven. Tenzin Chogkyi
Death is something we all have to deal with in our lives. We ourselves are going to die one day, and even before that, we will probably have relatives and friends who will die. It is only natural that we wish to face death with dignity and peace, but that may be difficult due to our fears, anxieties and attachments.
Understanding impermanence can help our understanding of the death process and is beneficial for facing our fear of death and learning to live life.
