Presented also is the latest research proving the Authorized King James Version represents not only Christianity's earliest and most widely used Greek text, but is the easiest version to read according to computer analysis based formulas from the Flesch-Kincaid research firm.

Subject: Riplinger and others


Riplinger puts many pieces together. Those are pieces that others (especially Christian leaders) should be sharing with their congregations. But many of those leaders are too adicted to their paychecks or social approval to take risks.

What really disturbs people [especially in the churches] is that Riplinger talks about versions of the Bible, and shows how many of the modern versions seem to have undergone a process of alterations and subversion. It makes one want to get back to the 1611 KJV or the Geneva Bible.

Another word for lukewarm (church of Laodicea) is
COMFORT, COMFORTABLE. That describes too many people in churches, who are very comfortable, with themselves. People later on leave the church, not understanding that they were attending churches that were dead and had no true inner spiritual strength. The problem was not with the church. The problem was with the versions and the fact that most churches never did know the Messiah they claimed to value. Most of them could not even be bothered to do research on their own. Mention this topic to pastors or elders, and watch them run away, or ignore the issues. What does the New Testament say - about leaders who run AWAY (and Depart) from Truth ???

Then, new movements such as the emergent church come along, and they begin the cycle of delusion and deception all over again, with different terminology and mystical feel-good presentations, in order to cause historical dis-continuity and the feeling (among the younger) that "they" have the answers, and no one had discovered anything until their generation came along. That is just another con [see the book The Battle for the Bible by Lindsell]. The Whole point is to make each generation waste its time, and be spiritually confused. Riplinger and Cumbey go a long way in trying to bring information and encouragement to others.

There are others who have tried to share other significant pieces of the puzzle, some concerning events that will affect the entire planet.

Subject: Facts & Leads for those seeking
There is – sadly – plenty of evidence available, even here, that demonstrates that much of what Gail said is in fact, very accurate. That is NOT to say that everything she said is perfect or flawless, and I know of none who have suggeted that any of us has reached perfection.

But the facts are that, for those who have the courage to do the studies, the message that the versions have been corrupted and altered, seems to be the truth that others have ALSO pointed to.

This is not true because of Gail. It is rather true because of what the leaders at the BFBS allowed, because many of them set out to change the text. I am not sure WHO is surprised by this. The BFBS was a Bible Society that was UNITARIAN (Trinity- denying) since its beginning. Read their own books or their own statements about Bible Societies and their treatment of the Apocrypha. Do some of your own research.

Lets remember that the truth of these issues is bigger than Gail, or any one person.

Subject: New Age Versions Update
I will base my Review on actual facts pertaining to the Presentation, Rather than childish name calling, or slander. Neither of which is of any benefit to anyone, save proving that the author has no Valid information to offer.
Any seasoned viewer/Reader/Listener here of Riplinger, will fast see her usual dedication to refferences to relevant authorities on her statments, rather than the useless repeating of "rumors". No honest, unbiased viewer can honestly claim that her motives are any less than honorable, her research thorough. The Video is as stated, an Update to her vast research of the corrupt manuscripts behind virtually all of the new "translations" of the Bible. Riplinger is, as always, thorough, succinct, and to the point. You may find her "easy" spirit of presentation distracting, but her facts and research are always found to be solid, if sometimes oddly presented. This is important to any serious viewer, as I, who always thuroughly checks every refference. On the other side of the coin, Riplinger is as any female who delves into teaching Christian Doctrine, and about Christian Doctrine, prone to all the good And bad influence that her gender brings with it! As would we all. Women Are different than men in numerous ways, no matter how loud the feminist yells. And the Biblical sanctions on women as teachers in the Church are well founded. We all must take the bad with the good. But, as a teacher, not of Doctrine, but the Biblical Text and textual transmission accross history, and the pagan mythological religions which have continual;ly tried to corrupt Gods' Word, Riplinger exceeds greatly most all of her male counterparts! A modecum of research into her education in these fields more than adequately vindicates Riplinger.
Though I do not always agree with Riplinger on her emphasis on say the mythological influences, or the depths that she follows them exegetically, I must accept that her thesis and research are honest and sound throughout. As far as her dress and marital habits are concerned, They are here irrelevant and between her and God. If she were a bigamist in stilletos and micro-skirt, complete with tatooed cosmetics, and honestly warned the Body of Christ of the Corruption of Gods' Word, The Work would still be honest.

Subject: Gail Riplinger makes many errors
New Age Bible Versions by Gail Riplinger contains multiple errors, lies, the majority of which are the gross misquoting of other people. In particular, a large portion of the misquoting is of the Bible, B.F. Wescott and F.J.A. Hort. See her divorces and marriages info.
