Ursulines of Brown County Ohio Tour is the product of an experimental independent-study multimedia course taken ca. 2006 at Chatfield College by Steve Bayer. This movie provides a virtual tour of the grounds and some nut-shell history of the Ursulines of Brown County Ohio, in St. Martin, Ohio. Also, on the grounds, is the main campus of Chatfield College.
A portion of the video shows Sr. Cecilia Huber playing the 1860's Roosevelt Pipe Organ.
Instructor: Babs DeArmond
Student: Stephen G. Bayer Sr.
As part of the independent learning process, acknowledgment is made to Justin Hawthorne, who provided instruction on equipment and cable public-access policy requirements, and to Larry Foster who, as a long-time public-access producer, provided a substantial interview on his personal motivation and production philosophy. Both were affiliated with Anderson Union Community Television (AUCT) currently renamed Anderson Community Television. The first viewing of this video, as agreed to by AUCT policy, was a broadcast on AUCT.
Additional assistance was provided by Sisters Agatha Fitzgerald, Cecilia Huber, and Mary Paul Walsh of the Ursulines of Brown County.
