Just after settling down from an Australian tour in support of last release, "Stereo 8" (a box set featuring eight 8-track cassettes) the experimental act known as A Street Car Named Vagina set out to capture the visceral sound that had taken them well over a decade to develope. Recorded November 5th, 2008 in an unsecured bunker in the Midwest comes "onetwothree", done in a single take with the rawest of materials and without any post-processing whatsoever. I was advised that a series of subway bathroom shows are scheduled to support this release. I'm not sure if they are referring to the mode of transportation or the sandwich shop, either way it should be fucking nuts.
