Animated movie that starts ok with some amazing animation, but then curiously gives up and repeats the animation over and over. This story about the wonderful topic of Price control is really a mixed bag. The story of how Price Control came to be, but the way they tell it is sort of annoying by using the book page that turns over and over to tell this story. But check out the war scene animation for some real neat stuff!

Subject: War is peace
Produced at the end of World War II, this animated film argues that government controls contribute to economic stability by preventing wartime inflation and postwar depression. Not particularly impressive except historically to note how US government policy is the opposite during the so called "War on Terror".
