Policy added on 10/10/2005
Taping Policy:
Audio Taping is permitted at our shows. All taping must be for personal use only, which may include trading (via tape, CD, or digital file transfer).
Regardless of any expenses incurred, no money may ever be exchanged as part of a trade.
Please be considerate of others at the show, the enjoyment of the audience at a show takes precedence over recording efforts.
We would appreciate a copy of the show, e-mail sully@yankeezydeco.com to arrange snail mail, FTP, BT, etc.
If you have any issues from the venue while at a show please ask for Nick or Mark from the band and we can assist you.
On 10/02/2005, we received the following email granting permission:
Hi,
I'd love for you to add my band, Yankee Zydeco Company, to the Archive.
I am the soundman, archivist, and webmaster...
While we have no official policy in writing, taping is encouraged and supported for our group (YZC). Provided no profit is borne out of the act, taping and trading is strongly encouraged.
