Rights
HK gave permission for shows to be hosted at the Archive. This includes permission for PGC and Yo Miles! ensembles as well. There are currently separate archive sections for PGC, Yo Miles!, and other Henry Kaiser material:

> I specify that anything is fine. Whatever anyone uploads is fine.

June 4, 2003 followup:
>Would your permission also cover the Yo
Miles! and
> Pyschedelic Guitar Circus recordings that circulate?
it's fine with me...
I will speak for the other principles
of YO MILES! and THE PSYCHEDELIC GUITAR CIRCUS
and take responsibility
and say it is fine
we have been letting boards out
and that was fine will all of us
so it's better if it gets even more accessible

Policy Notes
from btat.wagnerone.com:
Henry encourages any kind of taping that does not interfere with the sound tech, audience enjoyment or presentation of the particular gig. Board access is up to the soundman & venue, and they may veto it if they choose, but it's fine with Henry. Mic stands are OK, as long as they don't get in anyone's way. He doesn't mind if fans trade tapes of his shows.
