Subject: The Oval Office & Structural Analysis

At 11 ½ minutes into the segment is the President speaking to the nation: Good evening. Our fellow citizens, our way of life, our very freedom came under attack in a series of deliberate and deadly terrorist acts. The victims were in airplanes or in their offices: secretaries, businessmen and women, military and federal workers. Moms and Dads friends and neighbors. Thousands of lives were suddenly ended by evil

Terry Moran reports from the north lawn of the White House 20 minutes into the segment. Terry speaks with Peter Jennings about the area around the White House having restrictions somewhat lifted and the area coming back to life after being under evacuation for a number of hours starting around 10AM on 9/11.

I believe at the 28-minute mark the first broadcast of the 2nd plane entering WTC 2 on video shot from the street-level is shown. A few other viewpoints are also shown in sequence.

At the 36-minute mark, a Civil Engineer named Jon Magnusson comments on the overall structural design of the buildings, as well as the reasons for the collapse of the buildings. This would be the first of countless professionals who have come to the same conclusion regarding the eventual demise of the towers.
