Sounds pretty good. It would be cool to hear Umphrey's play a version of Soul Food like this. Nasty little beat.

Lovin it
I can't say I like this more than Umphrey's, but it is really good, and I really enjoy hearing some of the roots to Umph's music, sound and feel. Good stuff here, I do recommend indeed
Thanks to all the tapers out there, much appreciated.

Also came for the name
Thanx Michael & Timothy. Nice sound. I like the acoustic moments. I like this better than any Umphree's I've heard to date. I am playing Shhh thru Dig-A-Da and Darl's Gang on my radio show this week. Peace

Re: Interesting stuff
You are right in that they have something to do with Umphrey's. ABT is Jake's old band. Umphrey's covers many of their songs. At the 9/2/05 Umphrey's show at the Mishawaka Brewing Company (sick show btw) the rest of ABT (Kahlil Smylie on bass and Steve Krojniewski on percussion) came onstange for a jam during the second set.

Intresting stuff
I grabbed this show because I thought they had a very unique name, and it showed up in the 'this day in history' box. I had never heard of the band before today, but now know they were somehow involved in Umphree McGee and ABT is now defunct. this show was the only one of theirs that had streaming m3u's available, so I went for it.
Sound quality is really spot in. really pro sound. levels a little low, but quality stuff.
Show quality is fun. They seem to be a 'jam band' for sure. The show started off with some etherial / chimes / arabian / experimental sounds, into a wa-wa guitar pedal effent, then into some funky porno / funk music .. I'd classify the band sorta like jazz / jazz fusion? .. then it jumps into some country music stuff ('Bad Poker', and 'you go to my head') with a sick banjo player... 'partying peeps' is rock-ish, and 'untitled' to close the show sounds like a 311 / sublime / they might be giants song. 'SFB' is a fun one too... overall, an intresting band and some fun music for sure. But I won't actively look for other shows by them, or listen to this one more then just this one time I hit it up by chance.
