Subject: Interesting
I thought it was pretty interesting, with a somewhat of a twist ending. The FX were a little too much and lasted a little too long but other than that I like it.

Subject: Over-rated
Special effects are non existent. The story line is poor, disgusting at best. I found this film very hard to watch. ItÂs definitely not worth a download.

Subject: Enjoy Your Trip!
Where to start?! One to watch as a midnight toker. This movie is so open to interpretation that the ending is different every time you watch it. It may not be full of stars, but neither is it monolithic.

Subject: Ready for Your New Life?
This well-made science fiction short is a bit hard to follow, but it does create a compelling and disturbing mood. It involves a man on a future, dried-out shell version of Earth who manages to arrange to go to a colony planet under false pretenses. Other than that, IÃÂm not sure exactly what happens, though the ending is rather gruesome. Still, the mood created makes you want to view the film over and over and think about it until you get it. ItÃÂs technically very well done for a low-budget film posted to Open Source Movies. The music especially is great. This director has some definite talent and potential.
Ratings: Camp/Humor Value: *. Weirdness: ****. Historical Interest: ***. Overall Rating: ****.

Subject: Enjoyable SF
Well-told SF film with a modest budget, but that doesn't matter because the story takes it where it needs to go.
If you like science fiction, you will problaby like this film. (Reminded me of Dr. Who-great story, lo-fi effects)

Subject: Fantastic
This is an engrossing film that you need to download immediately. jack2 did not go far enough in his praise.
You may be a little put off by the obviously low budget and occasionally corny sound effects the first time through. However, the ending will entirely make up for it.
You'll be so puzzled by the film, thinking that you must certainly have missed something, that you'll watch it again. The second time around, you'll all but forget the inadequacies inherent in a low-budget film and just become surreally entranced. It's a film I've watched half a dozen times by now, and it has interested me every time.
The Travis character is creepy, but in a tender and endearing way. The laid-back directing brings to the film a shroud of comforting uncertainty - that's the best way I can describe it - and the writing made the ending open to several quite different interpretations. Most of the fun in repeated viewings is in interpreting and reinterpreting the ending.
If your station has the bandwidth to offer, this is a film you'll definitely want to feast upon.
