Subject: Nice short story
Humans and aliens meet, and a shot is fired. This touches off a battle between the two sides that culminates in their two ships crashing into each other and fusing. Realizing their peril, they try to work together to free themselves. They are racing against the clock, however, because their crash put them on a collision course with the sun. Will they do it in time? Will this joint effort lead to a reconciliation?

Reader was excellent. I enjoyed this book thoroughly.
