This show rocks- the new songs are awesome as are the covers- You left coasters are so lucky to be able to see these guys so often-wish they would come to Western NY or other points East.

So, I have to say, this is the BEST show of the Tour'D'Amour 2009. And I missed it. I did the previous 4 nights and just couldn't pull it all together, let go, and trek it to Petaluma. Man, did I screw up on that one.

This show proves to anyone, ALO is pumpin those good times and keepin every booty in the building bouncin around all night long!

"I Love Music" is the gem here. Finally revitalized from their 2004 show @ Mytsic Hot Springs UT...I've been hearing this song ring in my head since first hearing it years ago. Now, after the LOVELY Tour'D'Amour, when I hear it resonate in my head, I get the goosebumps and cant help but smiling wide!

MUCH THANKS!

the Mystic was great, but the HSU show had some sort of great groove once the crowd was no longer seated. I wish we had that on archive, too

Subject: What a show!!
I went to this show with a friend who had seen them 5 times before and she said this was the best one by far! She'd been listening to ALO so much that she was getting tired of them. BUT, this show made her (and me) fall in love with them all over. The audience fed off them and they fed off the audience and it spiraled upward! I didn't realize that we were cheering at the end for over 3 minutes for them to come back out!! Thank for the upload :)

I always enjoy checking this site and looking for the latest ALO show. They make my work day fly by. Great sounding show. I look at each set as a portion of my day. Living in Western Mass and I am hoping that they make a trip out East. The Calvin Theatre in Northampton would be a great place to see them. One of my all-time favorite bands thanks to Archive. I have passed on many shows to friends. Keep posting the shows and remember to share the wealth.

ALO took the long way home from SoCal by heading to Petaluma to close out Tour d'Amour III before heading back to the Bay Area (and Santa Barbara). This show is a scorcher! Lebo is on fire and so is the rest of the band. Infinite Eye is just stellar, and sets the vibe for the evening just right. Help on the Way > Chilly Chile > Slipknot! > Franklin’s Tower!! Are you kidding me!? Knockout pairing and performance in this section. The crowd just eats it up, and the energy translates through the recording well. Pete Gilmore's Nak300 shotguns give bright focus to the music, and the V3 pre-amp adds a deep rich clarity with just the right crowd level to put you in the middle of the party. Excellent recording in a tough theater environment. Nice work, Pete!
