Standard fare from Kids western hero Roy Rogers ably supported once again by Gabby Hayes.

Sorry for the review that said this movies stinks, it doesn't. It's a pretty darn good Roy Rogers movie. Always nice to see a movie the family can watch.

Subject: Another Wonderful Roy Rogers and Gabby Hayes Western!
This one takes place during the Civil War. Roy and a boyhood friend are at odds over a bandit and his gang who goes around killing and stealing under the guise of a Southern army officer. Roy and Gabby have to clean up the bad guys. A bit of a tear-jerker but still lots of good music and funny scenes. You'll like it. Let's hope more Roy Rogers films make it onto archive.org, they're great!
