With regard to whether it is a SBD or an AUD, I think it's a SBD because the vocals are overwhelming everything else. The audience sound you hear is probably coming from condensers situated over the drumkit for cymbals. In a small club, you get a lot of audience bleed through these mics unless they're unidirectional. It might also be a monitor mix...a seperate mix for onstage. Some bands tend to keep their vocals way hotter in the monitors than anything else because amps are onstage and they get plenty of sound from that. There's almost no room ambience so unless this recording was done in a dead room, I'm pretty sure it's a SBD. (that's my two cents.)
