Subject: What a Beaut!
Thanks Mark. The sound is clear as can be and balanced so well. Their playing is more fluid than some earlier BL shows I've downloaded. Less clunky, though I do love clunk. Nice singing. I seldom give 5 stars and this is a first for the Livers. Peace

Subject: Yeah!
Great sounding recording! Danny Barnes is a king. It's exciting to see them on the '09 NWSS line-up; hopefully it means lots of shows to come!

Subject: Woo-hoo!
Nice to hear some stuff from these guys again! As Steve Martin once said, "It's really hard to be in a bad mood when you're listening to a banjo". I wish they would've done Pee Pee The Sailor here but...
Swell recording job! This is a burner f'er sure.

Holy crap!!! I was all excited to see the Livers at the Hardly Strictly festival in SF, but this fresh show is a major treat. I think it's been more than a decade since these guys played together and they're sounding as good as ever (thanks to the taper who did a great job capturing this show)... Woo hoo!!!!
