Subject: Well done
I stay on my meds for anxiety. I don't need them as much as I used to so my doctor has me set to take Xanax 1 to 3 times a day as needed. Most days just one.
What does your doctor say about searching for a root cause. I'm not saying blame someone else and it's not your fault so everything will be great. I'm just wondering if your doctor or those educated in this field thing finding a root cause would be helpful?
And I'm a poser too :)
