In 2001, while visiting Brugges, Belgium, I recorded these church bells. The ringing seemed to come from all corners of the city. The mic (a Sony) was placed out the third-floor window of where I was staying. Recorded straight onto a Sharp minidisc. The ringing lasted about eight minutes. This is a 320kbps mp3; I've also posted an aiff.
