Definitely Worth Downloading
As the previous post stated, the balance between the guitar, vocals, and audience is perfect. It gives the concert a very personal feeling as I would expect from an acoustic Ben Gibbard show. There are some amazing and interesting covers along with plenty of Death Cab for Cutie and Postal Service songs. This is definitely worth the download!

A great ben solo show!
This is the only Ben solo show on the Live Music Archive at the time of this writing. The quality is perfect. Very full, and you can hear the audience singing along in the background. It adds a fullness to it and makes it sound like you are there. Ben also does a great set of covers. the acoustic version of 'Thriller' is awesome. The entire set is ben playing guitar with the exception of tracks 12, 13, and 19 where he plays piano. To make the whole show even better, the uploader allowed the flac files to have mp3's / m3u streams derived from them. Great stuff!

Thanks so much for taping this! I had no idea anyone even taped the show until a couple months later when I found this. Tape sounds awesome, awesome concert and setlist.

Awesome Set
The Audio is actually really good on this one as well. The set includes some really rare gems- including alternate tuning "title and registration" as well as some great accoustic versions of Death Cab songs. Thanks for making this available.

if you have ears, download this.
i think that the title basically says it all. i saw him play first ave in mpls about 6 days before this show, and while, sadly, anybody who didn't get to see him live missed out on something special, this is a great recording of a phenomenal show.
