Subject: I'll say it again! Best Food In Town!
We begin this film somewhat in the middle or the beginning, as there are titles and the film begins mid sentence. Too bad, because the narrator goes over lack sanitation procedures not really seen anymore.. EG, open crackers, straws, dirty glasses. It doesn't get too gross, so it's quite interesting. They THEN swtich to a restaraunt where we're assured none of this happens. My guess is it's because they've turned off the lights except where you're sitting so you won't see any un-sanitary stuff going on! (which is quite funny!). Anyways, chefs cleaning their hands! meats properly stored! Cream at a cool temperature! Yes siree! Do all this, and you can make anything you want and you'll be called 'the best food in town!'.
If you didn't get it the first time, the film plays it's second half AGAIN for you after the film ends in case you missed anything lol

Subject: Waiter, There's a Fly in My...oh, Never Mind!
This is the last part of a 50s film for restaurant workers about safe food-handling practices. There are plenty of opportunities to go “ewwww!!!” here, not least of which is some of the food. Mostly, though, this is pretty ordinary, though it does have lots of footage of 50s dinerware.
