Subject: ...after screwing my face back onto my skull...
This would've been my birthday show. I am happy to find this shining present even if it's weeks later.
When folks say these guys are tightening up, I'd have to agree. I've not seen them live for many years now, due to my lack of proximity, but the recordings show a unity and cohesiveness rarely seen.
Untitled 2 is a keeper.

Subject: Grooving tractor flattens Ohio capitol; melts faces
Surprised at the sound quality coming out of the built-in mics on the zoom h4 - it is totally up to snuff. Makes me wanna pick one up for myself. Great show, the arrangement on Gimme Shelter has never sounded more together. Happy to see the March again, and the transition into Carry Me is like buttah. They Cut that Whole Tree Down is a bitchin' new tune; these guys are really prolific if you dig through a few shows on the archive here. If anyone has the z-man's tape from 7/12 at the screaming eagle in ypsi (at this time still seeded on etree), i would be eternally grateful for an upload on the archive as i have been having bit torrent issues. Special thanks to the band for playing a fun show the night before that in k-zoo as well, even with almost no crowd. See these guys whenever you get a chance; they never fail to bring it.
