Segments

This music video was based on the book by Joan Jacobs-Brumberg "The Body Project: An Intimate History Of American Girls."

It showcases a girl's daily routine of getting ready, and the pressure she feels to look perfect.

In the end, she realises that clothes and make up don't matter, that she should learn to accept herself for who she is.

Shotlist

This music video was filmed on a Sony digital camera in 8 hours and edited on Video Editor for the PC.
