Deadman & Digi HartatakBreak North

Acoustic based jam with a laid back but funky beat and some rasta twists and turns, best listened to while driving away from something and looking in the rear view mirror, preferably with the sunset behind you and the window open to allow the air to blow your hair around... and wear sunglasses it looks cooler.

Deadman on lead and backing vocals.
Digi Hartatak on guitars, bass, synth and samples.

Very quasi-Bowie ! More "The Man Who Sold The World" than "Hunky Dory" in my opinion though.

I think the 'reggae' bit would have worked better had the drums leant onto the third beat as one would expect to happen in that genre.

You should sing more often !

Call me Ms. Picky, but the oh so slightly out of tune acoustic guitar (somewhere around the 'G' or 'B' string I think) became a little bit wearing after a while.

I like those Blue Blockers myself.

Very relaxing...and gee, some of those lyrics sound awfully familiar :) Nice job!

Wow, this is real nice.
I love the organ and the lead guitar.
Can't really understand the lyrics but
I'm sure it's probably just about the most profound
shit anyone's ever heard.
I like the way you've stretched it out too.
Some of your tunes end right about the time they're
getting interesting. Well one or two.

Oh, kind of a sudden ending. Hard to know how to
wrap these things up sometimes.
