The compositions within "Strange Loops" are not based off of preconceived ideas. The only relative theme (if you feel the need to classify) is loops with lack of motion which slowly permutate into nothing. All sounds were created through guitar except the samples from "Concrète" which consist of varying electronic alterations of the
Angelus bell pattern.
Arian Shafiee is a guitarist/ composer currently residing in Oakland, California. He also enjoys jazz and taking experimental music light heartedly in comparison to his colleagues.

Subject: note*
This is awesome stuff. Very nice and creative and not just touching a knob here and there to change the pitch. Inventive, intelligent and gripping.
