Subject: Kind of weak
One of those "here come the communists" movies.
They want to do sabotage and general mayhem to us honest Yanks.
Hero to the rescue.
And that's pretty much it.
Really good actors though, oddly enough.

Subject: Not too good
This poorly acted Cold War melodrama has a plot that is very relevant today. The name of the film comes from an alias for the captain of a freighter, where most of the movie takes place, and who, um, doesn't have a facial scar that I could see.
I downloaded the mpeg1 file. It's in excellent shape.
