Join co-hosts Beth Samuelson, MA, director of Student Organizational Services and Nurse Rona Renner, RN, will be joined by guests Dr. Michael Tompkins, PhD, co-author of My Anxious Mind: A Teen's Guide to Managing Anxiety and Panic, and Alex Georgakopoulos, LMFT, a family therapist at Coyote Coast, to learn how to recognize the different pressures your teen is facing, and how to provide support and resources, and stay connected.
