Subject: WTC 7 and CNN
Why has nobody commented upon the CNN reporter saying "We are getting information now that one of the other buildings, building seven in the world trade center complex, is on fire and has collapsed or is collapsing" a full hour and ten minute before it actually collapsed with the building still standing behind him (25:20 into the IAvideo) yet pile onto the BBC for doing the same thing half an hour later?

FDNY knew hours in advance that WTC 7 was a lost cause, that they had no good supply of water and that they didn't want to risk more firemen lives after they evacuated the building.

Firemen have 3 things in mind in this order:

#1 Save Lives
#2 Prevent the fire from spreading
#3 Save a structure

They did the first, they didn't have the second as a real concern and couldn't do the third with what they had at hand.
