A look back on the Maryland General Assembly's recently completed Special Session and a look ahead to the 2008 Session with Senators Jamie Raskin (D-Dist. 20) and Ullyses Currie (D-Dist.25) in which it raised certain taxes in order to offset a structural deficit and expand health insurance coverage.
