Subject: Errors Galore
When opened, Adobe Reader reports errors in the making of thiws PDF. Looking a little further one finds numerous blank pages.
I have this in hardcover, so know by comparison where tehre are proper blank pages, and where there are not.
This needs to be redone, properly, and re-uploaded.
