On February 19, 2008, Worcester AIDS activists held a press conference to chide the CDC for continuing to withhold information on a spike in HIV cases. The event was held at the funeral parlor Graham, Putnam and Mahoney, probably the first funeral parlor in Worcester willing to bury AIDS victims.
