Subject: Top Stuff
well well what have we here, a little more mellow mosue then your older stuff, and better for it I think.
Certain Conditions - a great synthline that grabs you from the offset, coupled with some tremenduse drum programming and a little bit of vocal wizardy. All the elements come together to make a wonderful little track that grabs and holds your attention from start to finish.
Ode to a revolver - a Personal fav, truely the stand out track for this EP. The guitar sits perfectly a gives this a truely personal feel. A memoable track for sure and outstandingly powerful. Amazing
Quiet Storm - The title track and aren't title tracks just renowned for blowing donkeys, wel not this baby. Wonderful Pad/synth work, vocals fit perfectly and the bubbly rising bassline is masterfully used. Top track.
Warpath - Sounding just a little bit out of place on this album it's darker and dancier feel definetly gives the EP a great ending and mixes things up a little bit. Good vocals and perfectly used effects gives me the images on a mech army on its way to crush some rebels.
Over a great collection of tracks to add to my 2ndmouse collection, be it a little on the short side

Subject: Absolutely class
Really enjoyed this short but oh so sweet offering from 2ndMouse. Moody and quality instrumentals with some fine attention to detail in the programming. Definitely want to hear more from the Mouse.
