Subject: Good, but not my flavor of bisco?

So I am all about the 98-01 era. There is alot of variety from show to show, so that is sweet. But this show seems kinda unfocused and loose with alot of noodling. They don't quite lock in as much as other shows, and it is less repetitive. So I just thought that this show represents a unique style that turns out to not be my taste. It is not as intense of an electronic show, with the beats seeming more jammy and less techno at times. Obviously with bisco there are great moments in each show, but other 01 shows are WAY better. Sound quality is a bit echo-ey and distant with the classic bootleg disco feel (if you know what I mean).Lorgubule?

walked in during Shelby Rose. Energy was way over the top. Hot Air Balooon was good, except for the vocals. The ladies just weren't makin it here.
Second set; I knew Boulevard from 4/1/01, but this was jazzed up with a bit of a heavy metal tone for good measure. Sound 1 was new to me, but the drop into I-Man was clearly the start of some of the most intense, over-the-top musiic I've ever witnessed. I still recall after the formal cheer following I-Man, the crowd caught it's collective breath, and began to cheer again. Before we could fully recover, we were bombarder by one of the greatest Waves. Barber hit the hook so hard, and the CD's reveal that he played it perfectly on both sides of the song. As for the jam, I felt like I was in a cruise ship rolling up and down on psychedelic waves. The peak went right through a sonic door and entered a decent Floes. Before completing the song, they went back to Waves and completed it as perfectly as it had begun.
Hiwire was well played, and I recall the Hope being a highlight. The ladies actually sounded very good on this one (in my opinion). Sadly, no recording circulates. Call it a great standard treatment of the song with a very short jam.

I havnt heard this copy yet, but the sound1>Iman is awesome with a reoccuring jam rising again in Iman. This Iman jam is one of my altime favs. The show circulates without the highwire and hope, so im interested to see if these two tracks are included. My source for the show is from kevin hughes
