I am so sick of reading review after review that is so critical - This band is so sick and I am glad that they are around to kick our asses. Hopefully with a new dummer now things will start to take there course - Im writing this on New Years Eve so I have read that the new guy was pretty good. This show overall though is sick - Im gonna give it 5 stars just because it is the Biscuits and I cant really find another band out there that does what these guys can do - Download and enjoy

This source sounds good, the show was fun, but all in all, it was a very average night for the biscuits. The svenghali jam, usually a vehicle for drum n' bass beats, became a trance jam into the end of helix. Meh. And c'mon the "we want the funk" jam made me want to puke up my $5 heineken. The opening jam to the show>munchkins was good, but after that all I recall being "solid" was the Overture encore. I give this show three stars, primarily for the sound quality. God I hope camp tramples this mediocrity.

The first set opening and closing sequences are both great examples of the band at its better points in 2005, and I think Scott's source shows that off perfectly. It's easily the best source of the three I've heard thus far, which is why this is the one we chose to first share with the archive. The Magellan is pretty exploratory, too, making decent use of it's 32 minutes. The jam after the We Want the Funk nonsense is great, and the >Crix(end) is solid. Cap it all off with a great Overture, and this show is far better than the previous night. If you want a good introduction to 2005 Biscuits after a little bit of the rust has worn off, this show is a solid sampling. It doesn't have a lot of mindblowing moments, but it's consistently good and sounds great.
