Subject: Front Man
We don't need no stinking front man? Patterson was missed both nights but Cooley rose to the occasion (after the fall anyway.) It was great to see the band recover so nicely after a self admitted rough show on Friday night. I really love this band in all of it's incarnations (has that ever happened in DBT history?) Can't wait for their next DC show... Patterson might just blow the roof off the place!!! Thanks for getting the recordings up so fast, much appreciated! Side note, I took my 15 year old son and 3 of his friends to the show, they loved it!
Sold out second night of a two night stand at the 9:30 Club. Patterson Hood was out sick again with pneumonia for this show as well. Bloodkin opened.
Bloodkin show is available here: bloodkin2009-02-21.mk4.flac16
