BEST SINCE JERRY PASSED
I couldnt believe how great this show was. For all the people who seem to not like Joan Osbourne, i just gotta ask, what the h*** are u thinkin? She rocks! This was the only show i caught on this tour but thanks to this archive ive listened to much more and wow! of all the post-Jerry tours this was the best! Warren is great, but this band w Jimmy and the 2 keyboardists, bobby, phil, mickey, bill, and Joan on her vocals is by far the best there will be IMHO....Its the last Dead show Ill ever need to see...listen to the end of He's Gone...what u dont know if u werent there is they put up a pic of Jerry during this song...and damn if i wasnt crying...every song this nite from lazy lgnting to know u rider was awesome...waht a jack straw! shakedown jam! peggy-o w Joan singin the girl's part! Born X-eyed ruled! Darkstar w the repetition at the end! Phils Little Piece w Joan! Joans R + Cherise! THe Jam from China Cat! WOW! This was the most amazing post Dead experience I had...and I saw the last show in Chi 95...ok nobody is trying So Many Roads, but oh well...but I still miss Jerry...

the 2nd of the final 3 shows of 2003 until the NYE run in oakland . this mini-tour was sweeeet . . hope you all enjoy it as much as i have and do . . and thanks as always to the tapers! and to scott from etree for helping me get this up here :-)
