A mini-documentary on the campaign of presidential candidate Howard Dean. This production provides a brief introduction to the candidate, and his grassroots support in Northern California. Howard Dean addresses the deficiencies of the G.W. Bush administration, and offers solutions to the problem. Topics of discussion include: federal budget, Iraq war invasion, national health care situation, and the spirit of the American people. This film was completed in January 2004, and was first shown in conjunction with the California Democratic Party Convention held in San Jose, CA.
