lan formatiqueamber eyes (October 25, 2006)

Following his critically acclaimed debut album release on U-Cover records, LAN Formatique confirms his status as one of the brightest talents of the electronic music scene and this time his credentials are a 4-track ep filled with lush melodies, sublime bass, euphoric strings and digital percussion. Four beautiful musical gems of timeless value that will try to put the intelligence back into IDM, and are, according to us, of similar magnitude to the works of Ulrich Schnauss and Christian Kleine on the City Centre Offices label.

4 tracks of very nice emotional electronica. Beautiful tingling sounds, nice melodies. The rhythms couldâve been slightly more complex here and there, but that should not stop people from listening.
