The band: DM (vocals, piano, electric guitar, ukelele); Jeff Hill (bass, backing vocals); Ethan Eubanks (drums, backing vocals)
Show Notes: band show; recorded about five feet from the right side PA speaker.
Tonight's highlights: David sings a chorus of The Wallflowers' "One Headlight" before a solo "Bucket Of Girls", and the band takes the stage right before they kick in on "Hard To Remember". There are quite a few new arrangements (at least to me) - "Indiana" starts out solo and then the band kicks in halfway through the first verse; "Landlocked" is featured solo on the piano and "Robert Bradley's Postcard" is debuted in a new band arrangement with David at the piano. Much joking ensues regarding David's ukelele before "Hunting Season" and "Fighting For Your Life". Crowd participates in the singalong at the end of "God Only Knows". And unforgettably, "don't blow, just hum"!
Glitches: At one point during "Wherever You Are" my mics fell down - however, I can't hear this when listening back so it's hardly noticable if it's even noticable at all.
Post transfer: I left the EQ alone; only performed normalization to even out the levels, and then a 3db hard limiting boost in CoolEdit due to low levels.
