Unfortunately, I didn't see any obvious copyright information on the site but I think it's safe to say they won't be sueing any of us for copyright infringement.

I am actually simply looking for the copyright info attached to this audio file. is there a Creative Commons license associated? any info is greatly appreciated.
Reviewer:grimwell - - November 5, 2004 Subject: Noam Chomsky: Oct 7, 2003 speech This stream has about 7 minutes worth of news at the begining and the rest of the hour is Noam Chomsky speaking at Illinois State University. The talk/speech covers material from his book "Hegemony or Survival".
Due to the limited time(one hour) it isn't the complete speech. But it is still worth listening to.
