Subject: Goodman vs Clinton - battle of titans
An amazing interview with Clinton! Not just heated this one explodes! At last we hear someone challenge Clinton on issues of substance. Amy Goodman is incredible! Her questions are dead on target again & again. She physically holds him to the fire, not letting him get away with anything. She also shows a measure of restraint, giving Clinton enough time to make his case before shooting another pointed question his way. Clinton does a great job too! Despite being caught off guard, he gives clear and impassioned responses to every question, following Amy from topic to topic, across the globe. (Bush would have been toast Kerry too, for that matter.) This is truly a battle of titans. It is like a great tennis match athletic, physical, and a joy to watch (or listen to, in this case). Near the end of the interview, Clinton makes an outburst, protesting the nature of the interview. Frankly, I sympathize. Im just glad Amy is on our side.
