This might be a another draft of a letter to Stillman B. Newcomb; see Call No. Ms.A.9.2 v.8, p.45
At a meeting of the Boston Female Anti-Slavery Society, it was resolved to circulate among the women of every town in Massachusetts petitions for the abolition of slavery in the District of Columbia. Caroline Weston having been assigned Franklin County, asks the addressee [Stillman B. Newcomb?] for information respecting persons in the towns of the county with whom "it would be proper or politic to correspond."
