Subject: an excellent show
im new to the whole dead scene. being only 17 years old, i felt that i had missed out on all the dead had to offer. but then my friend gave me a ticket to this show, and i gladly went. i really felt like i got a taste of what the dead really must have been like (although, im sure it will never really compare). the recording also was very effectively done and it makes me reminiscent of the smoke filled church(ex-church, i suppose) and the energy of the DSO.

Subject: Good Times Indeed
Thanks! I had a great time at this show. Sorry about the extra track split on SSDD. I didn't catch that until the show was uploaded. I give this a 4star as well. Good recording, but not my favorite. I should have tried a different mic configuration. I am sure many folks with enjoy the recording though. The show had some great moments. Dixie Down was great. Viola Lee Blues and Black Peter too...
