Does somebody have a decent copy of this fine show. Not even an eqaualizer turns down the bass saturation enough and raises the mid range vocals enough to make this thing worth burning on 3 CDs
Otherwise this looks like a stellar performance by the DSO bunch and their friends...

You know its tough sometimes....
I was at this show / GOTV '07, and everyone's right about what a killer show it was.
Unfortunately I simply cant stand listening too this AUD recording. Its wayyyyy off- so much base, the vocals are low, etc etc etc.......
The tapers set up right in front of where the soundboard/stage production team tower is - why in the hell dont they just let the tapers tap into the output from the board....?
Everyone is so god-damn concerned about losing a little $$ these days... which is why no GD soundboards can be downloaded either.
AUD recordings are hit and miss.... and in my opinion its a miracle if you wind up with a good quality recording of the show...

I'd call this one of the top three best shows I've ever seen. Everyone's playing was right on point, and the energy was incredible. This was truly a tribute to Jerry: you can feel his spirit clearly channeled in every note. And the crowd was fantastic! Everyone there was just so Grateful to have made it, and you could see it in everyone's faces. By the time they played Dancin' in the Streets, it had turned into the funkiest, happiest dance party. To you who were at the show: Love you guys! Thanks for the good Vibes and groovy dance partners.

INSPIRATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I still remember the bass ripping my torso apart watching the stage and everything around me spinning around in circles
Im too young to ever have seen the real thing. All i have left is ratdog and phil&friend, but this one capped anything ive yet too see. Definitely the closes thing to being there without actually being there.
I am definitely making it to more DSO shows. phenominal. 5 stars for performance, 3 for the quality of this recording so i give it 4 stars.
To anyone else that was there obviously 5 stars is an understatement

I'm sure most have figured it out already, but "We Can Run" is the ??? for d2 - 3. Thanks for the show. I Always appreciate DSO and this one looks like a nice offering.

Subject: Great show!
DSO opened up the vibes this year with style with a classic Jack Straw opener. They Love Each Other featured Donna Jean Godchaux on backups which was a pleasant surprise because she wasn't scheduled to perform until Saturday! David Gans came out for Friend Of The Devil and When I Paint My Masterpiece. Run For The Roses was unexpected and was a stellar version. Cassidy featured a nice long jam that signaled the boys were warmed up and the Help > Slipknot! > Franklin's was easily the highlight of the show and one of the tightest versions I've heard DSO do. A very good first set. Personally, I could've left after that feeling satisfied.
Feel Like A Stranger opens up the second set well and the Terrapin Station > Dancin In The Streets was extremely tight with the boat in the background blowing its horn during the TERRAPIN! Everyone was losing it. The rest show was pretty normal until After Midnight, which featured some awesome playing from John. The encore was amazing as I've never heard DSO perform JGB covers and the How Sweet It Is was no exception! Greatest Story Ever Told could've ended the show but Ripple was a nice bittersweet ending paying tribute to Jer. Thanks DSO for another great night of tunes!
By the way, the third song of the second set was We Can Run, sung by Rob Barraco.
