Subject: sound
you will see elsewhere on other shows folks claiming that the"sound of xxxx recording is the best on the archive\dt show \of all time
etc. show whatever"...that notwithstanding, there are some excellent recordings on this site and this is definitely one that is in the top tier...top notch all the way around! DT/ST soul stew revival is good for your soul and general well-being. Chill out, dance your socks off, drink your face off, enjoy it however you choose...just give it a stream and you'll be scrambling to find a spot to download it to!!!

Amazing quality recording and incredibly fast upload. Nothing but good stuff to say about the audio and about Wanee '07. Was my first music festival and besides the rain on Sunday morning it was amazing.
Was wondering if you happend to get Sister Hazel, Oteil, or any of the stuff from the Peach Stage? Let me know...my email is Celtsfan348@yahoo.com.
PS - Congrats on gettin the set list. My friend was DYING for it but just missed it. Hope to see ya next @ Wanne

Many thanks for this recording. I was at the show and thought it was goose-pimply, chill-down-the-spine, toe-curling good! This recording proves it. If anyone is reading this review trying to make up their mid whether to download this show, get it now!

Thanks for the show. Last year was a ball, but we couldn't attend this year's festival.

I'm glad to live vicariously through some technology.

Sounds loud and clear on this side.

Subject: The time of my life!!
This was my first Wanee experience and first time seeing DTB live as well as Susan. Eventhough I am trying to, there are not words to describe it!!! Just a phenominal experience!! See everyone next year.

This show was out of hand! The SOUL of this band is untouched by all others! Great recording
Thank you

Please note: no Duane Trucks on 2nd set for this show. Yonrico is a force of nature alone!

Another great festival at the Wanee. This show was an incredible closer for the festival. The horns, Ron Holloway, Susan T. It just doesn't get any better.

My first real run with these mics. I like the punch and the bass was handled pretty good. The vocals were hot from where I was standing but came out good in the recording.

Enjoy and see you down the road soon and at Wanee next year!!!

Notes

Some level adjustments in Vol. Slavery>I'll Find My Way
Also, there is a pop after the end of "Feeling Music Brings", I was swapping recorders. Forgot to cut that last few seconds...sorry!

Entire show with dTb horns and Ron Holloway on saxophone, ended the Wanee 2007 festival. First run of the Derek and Susan Soul Stew Revival line-up. Susan came out for "Don't Do It". Same horns as New Year's Eve show at the Fox 12/31/06.

Started at midnight after the Allman Brothers Band set on 4/14/07.
