Great recording, I was on the dance floor at this show, what a great night or was that morning? Sometimes zydeco does that to you!

Thanks for the comment, Pete. My goal when recording is to represent what is happening in the room. I have found that relying on the board mix in smaller venues is not the best method. Sorry if you find the crowd noise distracting. I think it sounds like it did in the tent. To each thier own, I guess...

There is lots of crowd noise on this one even though it's a matrix. Thanks for the effort!

Thanks to Barney & all at Calf Audio for the soundboard mix (especially for the XLR outs!).

Board mix is brought in just a little for clarity and definition. Most of what you are hearing is simply a pair of Apex215 ribbon mics in a Faulkner array, just FOH right of mix position. No EQ. Board mix is delayed @ mix down.
